Hiking:
240 km of designated hiking trails through the refreshing nature of the Spessart and the Hessian Kinzigtal invite to a stroll and day trips. You can start directly at the front door. Without luggage but with our shuttle service, all stations can be reached easily. Therefore, you can turn Landhotel Betz into the centre of your trips and still plan according to your capabilities. We provide the ideas, borrow you the necessary equipment up to GPS application and propose the adequate/right tours. From scavenger hunt to geo caching-everything is possible. You learn more about the scenery and nature at guided trails. Complete your tours with droll events like “Spessart bandits attacks“ and more.
Are you probably walking the “Eselsweg“ which is one of the longest distance trails? Take a rest at our hotel: we take care of your luggage, indulge you with healthy food, provide everything for a refreshing sleep and send your luggage to the next station!

Golf:
Nearby you find two attractive 18 hole golf course (Golf club Spessart and Golf club Bad Orb). As member hotel we offer our guests reduced green fees and accomodation facilities for your golf equipment. We support you with the planning and booking of your golf holiday and offer packages for single or golf teams. Even the arrangement of a small golf tournament is possible – from the booking, assistance, catering to the tournament analysis. Our partners look personally after untrained and golf beginners in trial classes; you can complete your equipment as well. Landhotel Betz will live up to your expectation and completes your stay with arrangements for beauty and wellness.

Motor-Bike:
A stay in the Bikehotel Betz completes your tour through the Spessart and the close low mountain tainge Rhön (Wasserkuppe) and Vogelsberg in a most comfortable way. We like to support you with your tour planning and material. Our bike guide accompanies you if desired. Relax after a interesting trip to the winding and enchanting scenery in close and distant surroundings (for example the Schottenring in the Vogelsberg). Enjoy the original “Schlappeseppel“-Beer, relaxing massages and good food. Have a homely and jovial  BBQ party with us. Visit the famous “Englischman“ pub in the Spessart. Complete your stay with other options, for example a driving safety course. Special packages for biker groups and single driver include everything for an easygoing stay.

Tennis:
Well-kept indoor and outdoor tennis courts with sand granulate are booked for our guest for special conditions. With less than 5 minutes on foot away, it is easy to abstain from taking the car and turn the walk to the court into a warm-up hase. Ask for our special arrangement for tennis players and clubs. Come for pre-season training or with the whole team to tennis training camps. Supported by the tennis school owned by Klaus Kistner, playing tennis is more than a pleasant pastime. Bike:
Choose the Landhotel Betz as a stop on your bike tour along the long distance trail R3 or “Vulkanradweg“. At our partner stations you can get your bike checked and repaired while you contemplate the day´s events in the pool or sauna.
